The Content of the site as mentioned in the disclaimer ( which can be accessed at Disclaimer) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. “The User” is provided by Umastro.com access to the “Content” and “The Services”.

“The User” uses the service at his or her sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Umastro.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Umastros's Commissions (From 23rd January, 2013 - 00 Hrs- Indian Standard Time ):

Live Sessions (Chat Sessions and Phone Sessions)

For other Categories: 38%

Email Sessions
Spirituaity & Religion and its associated sub categories : 50%
For other Categories: 30%

What is a Live Session: Live Session is any session which is being conducted between the client and expert using either the Phone/ Mobile or by doing the text chat. Umastro.com will charge the Connection Charges for using the tools, bandwidth and other resources provided by Umastro to intercat with the clients. The connection charges will be deducted at the rate of Rs. 9 per minute for the live Sessions. For Live Chat (Ask Questions), where in the expert is charging the fixed rate to the client, the total connection charges deducted for the session will be at the rate of 27% of the Session Charges . Please note that the commissions will be worked out after deducting the Connection Charges from the Session Charges. For example, if the Session Charges are Rs. 2500 and the connection Charges are Rs. 200, then the Commissions will be calculated on the net session charges which is Rs. 2300 (Rs 2500- Rs200).

All payments against expert's services will be credited to Expert's Account Page within Umastro immediately upon receipt of such payments after deducting Connection Charges and Umastro Commission from any Expert Fees or other payments. Umastro will deliver the payments to Expert within 30 days following the end of each month if the Expert Fees less the connection charges and Umastro Commission and applicable tax or withholding taxes (if any) within the prior month exceeds or reaches Rs. 2500. In case, if the payment to expert for any given month is less than Rs. 2500, Umastro may hold such payment to Expert until the amount due is equal to or exceeds Rs. 2500. Umastro will send the Expert payment via postal service in checks drawn from a Indian Bank or via other payment methods as will become available. Expert alone is responsible for reporting and paying any applicable tax or tariffs levied on him in connection with fees receivable or received due to Expert’s participation in Umastro.com. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Expert authorizes Umastro to withhold, in its discretion, payments to Expert of certain amounts paid by Members by credit card until adequate time has passed to ensure that the payment will not be disputed by the paying Member or charged back by such Member's credit card issuer, or, if Umastro reasonably believes that fraudulent activity may have occurred in connection with payment, until Umastro is able to verify that no such activity has occurred. Please note that for services like email readings or any service which is not delievered in real time, the date of delivery of service by expert is the sole criteria of calculating expert earnings for that month.

Umastro's billing system is not error-free, and Umastro shall not be liable for any problems, miscalculations or malfunctions in processing Expert Fees or other payments due to the Expert. If the Expert thinks that a mistake has occurred he or she must send his/her complaint to Umastros's service department within 30 days of discovery of such mistake. If for any reason the Member has not paid the Expert Fee or has paid but has later charged back such payment, no Expert Fees will be paid to the Expert for that transaction and if the money has already been sent to the Expert, Expert is required to repay this amount to Umastro and Umastro has the right to deduct this amount from the Expert's account or from the following payments to be made from Umastro to Expert. For Experts who simultaneously participate as Members, Umastro shall be entitled to transfer or set-off payments from an Expert’s pending earnings against such Expert’s outstanding balance as a Member.

Right to Change: Umastro.com reserves the right to change the Terms of Service at any time in whole or in part with or without notice. All changes will be posted to this page, and we may or may not make necessary efforts to notify you of any significant changes to this privacy policy. It becomes your responsibility to check this page to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Terms of Service comprises the entire agreement between “The User” and Umastro.com and supersedes any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained within Terms of Service.

Legal:We hereby expressly disclaim any implied warranties of any kind. The Laws of India shall govern the Agreement. We consider ourselves to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the Courts of law at Delhi/New Delhi over any disputes arising under this agreement.
