Umastro, owned and operated by "Manyzone Infocomm Pvt Ltd", provides a platform which helps its members to request and avail the advice or guidance from the advisors of their own choice. Using the Umastro platform, the member can connect directly with the advisor and pay for the advisor’s services.

Retention And Deletion Of Personal Information
Retention: The information provided to us by the User or a Registered Member may be retained by us to give effect to the objective for which it was collected or to effectively provide the Services to our Users. Further, We may, even after the termination or deletion of the account of a User, continue to retain such information if it is reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes between Users, prevent fraud, or for any other use.
Deletion: Unless legally allowed or mandated to store such Personal Information, upon receiving a request at customercare@umastro.com, We will delete all your Personal Information or anonymize it so that such data is no longer identifiable to you as an individual.
Mobile Application: User on mobile application can delete his account by clicking on Settings --> Delete ny account on left siide menu of the application.
Web Site: User on web site can delete his account by clicking on Settings --> Delete ny account on left siide menu of the application or by clicking on My Umastro --> Settings --> Delete ny account .
Children
In order to use the Umastro website or application, you need to be 18 and above. If you are under 18, do not use or access the website or the application as a user as well as an astrologer. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age of 18. If you as a parent or guardian are aware that your children have shared or provided any information without your consent, please contact us at customercare@umastro.com.
Financial Transactions and Taxes:
If you make any financial transactions on Umastro, including paying for network services fees, advertising banners, product placements, products or services, you may be asked for credit card or other payment information.
