Hindu Mantra for Positive Thinking

Hindu Mantra for Positive Thinking

There are various mantras which are meant for generating positive thoughts and clean up the negative thinking of an individual. There’s a power and magic to whatever you’re thinking. Positive thinking plants the seed for positive life experiences, just like negative thinking sets the stage for negative experiences. These uplifting mantras will help you think positive and keep an optimistic attitude through the happy times and the hard times.

A mantra is a word or phrase that’s used as an object of concentration and a way to invite mindfulness and peace into your daily life. Mantras are often used as a focal point in a meditation, but can just as well be used in everyday life.

1. Om Sarvesham SvastirBhavatu (universal peace prayer)
